Nesa Kleinheksel is president and owner of 9 Mile Trolley Realty.
She has been a licensed Real Estate Agent since 2002, obtained her Real Estate Broker license in 2007 and opened the property management division of 9 Mile Trolley Realty in 2009. Her knowledge of what it takes to manage individual properties is based on experience of managing over hundreds of properties since 2009. Her company is a small boutique firm that can give you, the property and the tenant more attention that what you would find with a large management company. Nesa is available 24/7 and is always accessible to answer any concerns and questions that you may have, but her goal is to ensure that managing your property is hassle free throughout the lease term.
