- We will come out and take pictures of your property

- Listing added to FMLS – we will also offer a Agent Referral Commission to help attract additional renters from the Multiple Listing Service for other Real Esate Agents.
- Install lockbox for 24 hour showings
Tenant Verification Includes:
- Identification of applicant
- Credit Report Screening
- Verification of Employment
- Verification of Rental History
- Criminal Background Search
- Income Verification
Lease Completion
- Tenants will complete a tailored lease agreement
- Handle all proper disclosures including lead based paint and mold disclosures.
- collection of deposit and first months rent
- We will work with your condo association for lease approvals.
- We will meet with tenant to complete the move in walkthrough form to document the condition of the property at move in.
- Key exchange
- Forward all documents and deposits to you.
Fee:
- One Month’s Rent – only due when we find a qualified tenant for your property!
